With over 60 years’ experience, our founders identified the need for legal professionals to have access to the same standard of support for their property related needs, as they provide to their clients on the legal side of estate administration.
The vision was to create a service that kept solicitors and probate practitioners compliant whilst at the same time fulfilling our promise of our ‘Service of Excellence’ to the beneficiaries of the estate, by maximising the property sale price and keeping related costs to a minimum.
In fact, so well received have our services been along with our exceptional standard of service delivery, The Law Society approached us in August 2024 to collaborate with them as Probate Property Experts – the first property company to receive this honour.

HMRC Compliant Valuation Reports
With the full PLG Property Valuation Report there is no need to pay the cost of a RICs, which given the prices saves the estate a substantial amount of money.
The PLG Valuation Appraisal
This thorough valuation is perfect when IHT is not applicable, but you want to know what the property is worth.
PLG Property Sales
When you instruct PLG to sell a property on your behalf, you are instantly ensuring that the highest possible price will be achieved.
How do we do this? By using a multi agent method that is overseen by our Property Sales Department who are specially trained and have expertise in orchestrating the estate agents to maximise viewing levels and handling all negotiations on your behalf.
Where the final decision is obviously always yours or your clients, the PLG team will always offer guidance and support throughout the process.
Additionally, you will receive weekly marketing reports that outline all the information you require to evidence your compliance and that you are working to your clients’ best interests should the need ever arise.

Finding a buyer is only part of the process. We now need to ensure the sale runs to exchange of contracts, and indeed completion.
We find that by managing expectations from the initial negotiations, we can deliver a stress-free transaction.

If PLG are disinstructed at any point, the property will be automatically withdrawn from the policy.
