When you instruct PLG to sell a property on your behalf, you are instantly ensuring that the highest possible price will be achieved.
How do we do this? By using a multi agent method that is overseen by our Property Sales Department who are specially trained and have expertise in orchestrating the estate agents to maximise viewing levels and handling all negotiations on your behalf.
Where the final decision is obviously always yours or your clients, the PLG team will always offer guidance and support throughout the process.
Additionally, you will receive weekly marketing reports that outline all the information you require to evidence your compliance and that you are working to your clients’ best interests should the need ever arise.

PLG must be managing the property for us to be able to add it to our policy.
If PLG are disinstructed at any point, the property will be automatically withdrawn from the policy.

Also know as ‘Property Ladder Maintenance’, this department can handle all the extras for you. By working with experts in their respective fields, we are able to ensure quality service from trades people, whilst obtaining the best price for you by creating a ‘bidding’ environment for the contract.
