We will guide you on our suggested price to market, however, we are happy to test the market if you want to try a little higher. As our client you are in control, if a for sale board is not for you, just let us know. We will discuss weekly marketing activity, assess viewing levels, and guide you on how we feel is best to stimulate viewings. This includes orchestrating the estate agents to hold focus phone out sessions and open days.

Our experienced team will work with you every step of the way. Once you accept an offer, we will collate the sales memo and ensure that all parties are informed. Anti-money laundering (AML) checks will be carried out on all prospective purchasers, as well as checking the chain. Our Sales Progression team will then take over and will provide weekly updates to all parties involved. The best bit? If you choose to try the PLG Online Service and for any reason want to switch to our traditional multi-agency service, we will deduct your up-front payment from the final commission, keeping you in control and saving you money.

Our online auction service

Selling by auction gives you the option to sell for 0% sales fee, meaning you get to keep all of your sales proceeds. With auctions, you agree the minimum amount you wish to sell your property for. You have complete control over the sale and your property will never sell for less than your reserve price.

Once a reserve price is agreed, we will market the property with the guide price, a figure set within 10% of the reserve price. This will help to maximise interest in the property, creating a competitive auction bidding environment and helping you achieve the best possible price by the time the auction ends.
