Share Data Ltd has introduced digital Medallion Signature Guarantees through the Universal STAMP platform, expanding its existing offering for shareholders, executors, legal professionals and financial institutions managing international securities transactions.
The development provides a digital alternative to traditional physical stamping for eligible transactions involving US and Canadian securities.
