CTT Group are back as Headline Sponsors for the British Wills & Probate Awards 2024

CTT Group are excited to announce that they’re once again going to be the Headline Sponsors for the British Wills and Probate (BWAP) Awards for 2024.

CTT is a unique support mechanism for the professional adviser community. They offer comprehensive training for estate planners on the intricacies of Trusts, and advanced aspects of estate planning and will writing. They also offer expert advice from an array of experienced legal professionals and have an innovative digital platform called Legacy, which uses cutting-edge technology to enhance client/adviser relationships.

Like most industries that thrive, Estate Planning changes constantly, needing new innovations to reframe old problems in a new light, making things work better for everyone.

It isn’t just technology that makes this possible; it’s people.

That’s why CTT are sponsoring the BWAP Awards in 2024. Last year, as well as sponsoring the BWAP Awards, CTT celebrated 20 years working alongside the best advisers in the UK and bringing exceptional support and services to the industry. This year, they want to make it about the people that make the world of Wills and Probate what it is.

“We’re honoured to be back as the headline sponsor for the British Wills and Probate Awards,” says Clive Ponder, CTT Director and Co-Founder. “At CTT, we believe in the power of technology to transform our industry, making processes more efficient and accessible for both professionals and clients. This, in turn, elevates the quality of service we provide. It’s a privilege to celebrate and recognise the outstanding achievements within our community.”

How you can join in with the BWAP Awards 2024

The BWAP Awards are being held on Thursday the 10th of October 2024 at the boutique Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in central Manchester.

The deadline to enter the awards is Friday 5th of July 2024 and CTT’s Managing Director, Andrew Houston, is keen to encourage those in the sector to join in.

“The British Wills and Probate Awards celebrate the best of our industry, honouring the achievements across both regulated and non-regulated organisations. It’s a prestigious event and well worth entering.”

The rate for entry is £169 +VAT, which allows you to enter up to three categories, and you don’t need to complete your written submission immediately.

If you wish to enter just one category, the rate is £89 +VAT, finalised submissions must be completed by Friday 12th of July 2024. For more details, head over to the BWAP site now to register and find out about the other sponsors and the award categories you can enter.

New categories for this year include ‘Legal Assistant of the Year’, and ‘Tax and Trust Team of the Year’, celebrating more unsung heroes in the wills and probate sector.

Last year’s event was held at the wonderful boutique Kimpton Hotel in Manchester, and we loved it so much that we’re returning for this year’s event! Just as in year’s past, the BWAP Awards creates a chance to celebrate all the brilliant people that make the industry what it is; to come together, meet friends new and old, and have a good time while doing it!

Using technology to enhance the human element of estate planning

CTT prides themselves on being at the forefront of technological, and digital innovation – capturing the bleeding edge of what’s possible and using it to benefit their members.

Recently, CTT Group has seen the rise of AI as a viable means to add a huge range of training options to their offering. They don’t see it as a replacement, but as a tool, using AI responsibly to enhance our knowledge, and lead to growth.

Not only is CTT heavily invested in using technology, the awards this year are also embracing it to reach out and include as many people as possible. The awards will be a hybrid event, meaning that as well as meeting in person, you can stream the entire event. A great option for those not able to attend this year’s event in person.

If you know anyone at your firm you think deserves recognition for their actions this past year, head on over to the BWAP registration page and consider putting them up for an award.

CTT Group looks forward to seeing you at this year’s awards, celebrating all the things that make our industry a great place to work in, sharing new innovations and others that are to come in the future.
