Arken Legal is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its Legal Advisory Board – Michael Culver, Founder and Managing Director of Culver Law Ltd, and Helen Claydon, Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer of HAIG Legal Group.
They join existing members Chris Brewer, Founder of Arken Legal, and Krithika Sahi, Arken’s in-house private client lawyer, to strengthen the Board’s collective expertise as Arken continues to modernise and evolve its suite of legal technology solutions.
Established to ensure Arken’s products reflect best practice and uphold the highest professional standards, the Legal Advisory Board provides ongoing guidance across product development, precedent updates and emerging reform.

About the new members
Michael Culver is a solicitor and the Founder and Managing Director of Culver Law Ltd, a niche private client law firm with offices in London, Cambridge and St Albans. The former Chair of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, Michael is also a Chartered Tax Adviser and a full member of STEP and ACTAPS.
Helen Claydon is a Licensed Conveyancer, Licensed Probate Practitioner, Chartered Legal Executive and member of STEP. As Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer of HAIG Legal Group, she specialises in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Property and is an award-winning leader recognised for her contribution to innovation within the private client sector.
