Insolvent deceased estates

Insolvent deceased estates and companies webinar

Our Expert Webinars return with a presentation that looks at one of the lesser handled aspects of estate administration, namely “Insolvent deceased estates”.

There may be situations where you come across an estate in which the value of assets is less than the debts left by the deceased.

This Expert Webinar from Ashleigh Robinson-Beaumont, an Associate in Irwin Mitchell’s Restructuring and Insolvency team, will outline what to do in these situations to ensure that best practice, bringing these points to life in practical terms using a series of case studies.

In the main, Ashleigh will be looking at Insolvency Administration Orders, the impact of insolvency occurring prior to death, and dispositions from insolvent deceased estates. We will also look at how to deal with and wind up a deceased’s company.
