Great expectations (Will they, or won’t they?)

Taking into consideration shifting family dynamics is vital for drafting an effective will.

Families that are expecting a new arrival should consider creating or amending their will in order to ensure their child gains the inheritance that’s intended for them.

Do your clients update their wills as their life changes an develops? Have you experienced any recent cases whereby family members were forgotten, or ex-spouses made financial gain as a result of a client not updating their will?

Will they always remember those that matter in their lives?
