The deadline for entering the British Wills and Probate Awards 2025 is nearly upon us with just a week to go until entry closes on Friday 14th July. Firm then have a further week to curate and perfect their entry before the submission deadline the following Friday, 21st July 2025.
Returning on 9th October 2025, The British Wills and Probate Awards recognises and celebrates the incredible work of the profession up and down the country. This year sees Arken.legal take centre stage as Headline Sponsors for the event, which is again hosted at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester.
The awards has grown to welcome over 450 practitioners across categories that recognise the technical expertise and service excellence of practitioners across the regulated and unregulated legal communities; with categories including “Private Client Firm of the Year”, “Estate Planning Practitioner of the Year” and “Tax and Trust Team of the Year”; alongside the softer skills and wider industry engagement through “Community and Charity Champions”, “Best Place to Work” and “One to Watch Practitioner of the Year”.

With categories for law firms, probate providers, and will writers alongside individual excellence awards, and supplier categories the awards welcomes professionals from across the estate planning spectrum. Entry is £169 +VAT which entitles firms to enter up to 3x categories. For organisations wishing to enter 1x category, the entry fee is £89 +VAT.
The entries will shortly go to the expert judging panel for review before shortlists are announced in August. Tickets for the evening will go no sale in the coming weeks.
