STEP is the leading international association for Practitioners giving advice in the area of Wills, Trusts and Estates.

Charlotte Ponder LL.B TEP and Andrew Drakes TEP, who is one of CTTC Ltd’s Estate Planning Technical Advisers, did tremendously well to complete the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (England & Wales). This now makes them full STEP Members.

Full STEP Members, known as TEPs, are internationally recognised as experts in their field, with proven qualifications and experience.

James Fisher, Financial Services Support at CTTC Ltd, achieved the STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Estates. This accomplishment took James over 4 months to complete and was inclusive of topics such as applying for the grant, intestacy and validity of the Will.

Deepak Badhan who operates as a Conveyancing Executive at CTTC Ltd, attained the STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estates. The Certificate has given Deepak practical knowledge of the law and procedures involved in Trusts and Estates.

Clive Ponder TEP, Director of CTTC Ltd said: “A big congratulations to our staff on achieving such prestigious qualifications. At CTTC Ltd we adhere to the highest standards and are pleased to have even more experts on the team.”

Staff had their STEP training funded by CTTC Ltd and they were also allowed additional time off to accommodate for exams. The Directors firmly believe in developing their staff and providing them with the skills needed to get ahead.

CTTC Ltd’s affiliation with STEP goes beyond certificates as they also incorporate the STEP Will Writing Code into their procedures. In particular, they have produced a Will Writing Software, Countrywide Legacy, which is written in line with the STEP Will Writing Code of Practice. Thus showing of what great importance STEP is to CTTC Ltd.
