There was a lot to celebrate at the sixth annual British Wills & Probate Awards, held in Manchester earlier this month.
This year’s event was proudly sponsored by CTT Group, who commemorated 20 years of industry innovation with a stand-out ceremony and the launch of two brand-new, ground breaking products!
In addition to the jubilant celebrations, attendees were among the first to get a glimpse of CTT’s latest digital advances with the launch of Legacy Portal, the group’s revolutionary paperless estate planning app, and its AI Client Simulator.
CTT Director Clive Ponder announced the launch of the two new products in a rousing speech that touched on the group’s 20 years’ of innovation, including the development of CTT’s Legacy estate planning platforms and its unique provision as a multi-disciplinary support network for professional advisers.
CTT’s Legacy Portal
Legacy Portal represents the very latest in estate-planning technology. Its features – which include secure client messaging, document storage, admin processing, and animated videos – are designed to not only save advisers time but also enhance client services, improving productivity and efficiency while allowing practitioners to boost their earning potential.
Among its many process-driven, time-saving tools are its two bespoke, digital reports. The Recommendation Report outlines the best estate planning products for a client’s needs and includes personalised animations illustrating how these products could affect them in the future. Following this is the Confirmation of Instruction Report, which importantly safeguards advisers with a clear audit trail and generates new referrals.
CTT also unveiled its new AI Client Simulator, which allows users to roleplay with simulated client personas so they can hone their knowledge and skills practically. The software can also be programmed to emulate real-life client situations, giving advisers the opportunity to practice ahead of client meetings.
The AI Client Simulator will be introduced to CTT’s Foundation Training Course in November where lucky participants will be among the first to use it.
The evening was a resounding success, enjoyed by a record number of 450 practitioners from across the country. It was wonderful to see so many within the industry coming together to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals and organisations from all areas of the estate planning sector. Congratulations to all the deserving winners – and to TWP for organising such an exceptional event.
Everyone who attended the awards left with a huge smile on their face – and gifts from CTT, which included a phone grip ring and a USB pen, preloaded with a Legacy Portal video, which can also be viewed here.
