East Kent solicitors Boys & Maughan has expanded its team of wills and probate lawyers with the appointment of Wendy Macarthur at the firm’s Birchington office.
A Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, Wendy’s specialisms include the preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney, and assisting clients with probate.
Wendy Macarthur said: “I am delighted to join Boys & Maughan and take on the challenge of establishing myself with such a well-regarded local firm.
“My main occupation in the coming months will be writing people’s wills. Drafted carefully by a firm of solicitors, a will clearly guides those who are left behind and saves unnecessary worry at a time of great emotional stress, as well as protecting your family and friends against legal challenges they might otherwise face.”

Wendy was previously with Coole Bevis LLP in East Sussex. Boys & Maughan now has a six-strong wills and probate team.
