Arken.legal announces its support of the Law Society’s Private Client Section annual conference

Arken.legal is delighted to be a sponsor of the Law Society’s Private Client Section Annual Conference 2018 on 29th June.  The programme for the day includes speakers Professor Lesley King, Alexander Drapkin (5 Stone Buildings), Luke Brookes and Paul Garwood (partners Smith & Williamson) Thomas Dumont (Radcliffe Chambers), Philip Whitcomb (Moore Blatch), members of the Private Client Section Advisory Committee, and an interview with financial journalist and broadcaster Paul Lewis.  Workshops on the day include elderly care and the Mental Capacity Act 2015, pensions, contentious probate update, and IHT and business and agricultural relief.
