Industry leader for private client software, Arken.legal, has launched a new management dashboard for its clients. It boasts a new analytics area, simpler product and user management, single sign on, multi-factor authentication, an improved user interface, and more.
The dashboard is available to thousands of Arken users at no additional cost, and early feedback from clients has been positive.

The new dashboard also enables clients to add a client in “one click” and has a list of recent clients, simplifying how users access documents they’ve been working on. The design is intelligent and clean and provides an easy-to-use hub that brings together Arken’s product suite in a simple way, saving clients with multiple Arken products time and resource.
The analytics area offers smart graphs that show clients their usage by document type, or the number of documents created by users. This helps bring transparency around usage and highlights where more support might be required.
It also includes a new look and feel for Arken.legal’s core products and is launched alongside a brand-new website – testament to the company’s commitment to continuous improvement and development.
The website has a modernised design and the resources, webinars, blog and support areas have been grouped in a way that makes them easier for users to find. Arken’s how-to-videos section on the website has been updated too. Clients can now use filters and keywords to search for the content they want to see, helping them navigate the now 50+ training videos.
There’s also a useful ROI calculator that prospective clients can use to decipher how much time and money they could save by subscribing to Arken’s will writing software.
