Winckworth Sherwood appoints dual qualified English and Italian international trust expert as partner

Law firm Winckworth Sherwood has announced the appointment of private wealth and tax partner Arcangelo D’Apolito. A dual qualified English and Italian lawyer, D’Apolito joins the firm from the UK practice of Italian law firm, Macchi di Cellere Gangemi.

D’Apolito brings more than 20 years’ experience in international tax, trusts and wealth structuring to Winckworth Sherwood and its clients. His diverse client base includes business owners, investors, senior financial executives, trustees, wealth managers and family offices.

A full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the International Bar Association (IBA), D’Apolito has previously worked for PwC and KPMG on UK-Italian tax matters. He is a regular speaker at international tax conferences and a contributor to the media.

On joining the firm, D’Apolito said:
