Jon Jacques, Chair of Will Aid appeared on BBC Radio 4’s You and Yours Programme this week, promoting the Will Aid campaign.

Jon Jacques explains:

“According to research conducted by Will Aid, around half of UK parents have no Will. This is a worrying thought. Wills don’t just deal with financial matters, they also enable you to protect any children you have under the age of 18, by appointing a legal guardian for them.”

Having legal guardians helps to ensure your child/ren is brought up by the person you choose, as opposed to the child/ren bearing witness to a family argument and going to court, to find out who will take care of them.
