Wife Shares Star’s Royalties

The Widow of Linkin Park frontman, Chester Bennington, who sadly took his own life, has shared 50% of the late singer’s royalties with his ex-wife.

Talinda Bennington, the executor of Mr Bennington’s estate, has agreed to give his former wife Samantha this settlement, after Samantha filed a claim against her.

Reports have shown that Talinda filed legal documents with the probate court, stating she would allow Samantha’s claim.

Samantha’s claim covers a share on the non-touring merchandise, publishing rights and a share of the master sound records.

Reports have also stated that Samantha’s claim makes no mention regarding child support. Although it is believed that Mr Bennington left provisions for all six of his children in his Will.
