A Trust Registration service is now available at no extra cost for all previous lifetime trusts created through TrustSuite, and this service will further be available to WillSuite customers to register their own trusts.
This means that from today, users of the system can now start submitting their lifetime trusts to be registered with incredibly quick turnaround times. Feedback we’ve received so far has been extremely positive, with trusts being registered at HMRC within 24 hours of submission.
This exciting development will make the process of registering lifetime trusts as seamless as possible, with the ability to make use of existing case address books.
