TWP Festival

Tickets on sale for ‘unconference’ TWP Festival 2.0

Tickets for TWP Festival 2.0 are now on sale, as the event formally launches today. Following the success of  the inaugural year, TWP Festival 2.0 takes its ‘unconference’ vibe to Digbeth in Birmingham, where the key themes for the day’s discussions will be technology and modernisation, business and planning and the law.

TWP Festival was created by Today’s Media, the publishers of Today’s Wills and Probate. Originally envisaged as a conference with a difference, the 2025 event was hosted at Mythe Barn and Sheepy Meadow in the Warwickshire countryside, with music festival styling complete with live music, stilt-walking, face painting and Hawaiian shirts. In year two, the event takes its inspiration from the industrial surroundings of Digbeth where re-development of industrial units and warehouses has created a bohemian environment.

The event will be hosted at redeveloped bond warehouse The Bond and Fazeley Studios, a converted church. Details of the full agenda will be published in the coming weeks, with modernisation and digitalisation, changing client needs and behaviours, and updates to legislation with lessons from precedent all featured in a packed schedule.

Through a mix of plenary sessions and breakout discussions, festival-goers will garner a comprehensive update of wills, tax, trusts, probate and estate planning from industry experts. The venue facilitates extensive exhibition and networking opportunities for delegates throughout the day.

Early bird tickets are available now at a rate of £119 +VAT for an all-access pass to the day’s agenda. At the conclusion of the early bird discount, tickets will be £149 +VAT.

Explaining bringing back TWP Festival for a second year, Today’s Media managing director David Opie said:

“In our first year we found a real appetite amongst professionals to come together in a unconventional and relaxed environment. Critically, the standard of our speakers and content was exceptional and feedback from attendees was hugely positive. We look forward to bringing that high standard of content and speakers to a more central, but no less quirky location.”
