Law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has appointed Damien Jones as a Partner in its Probate division, strengthening its team and expanding its capabilities in the South East.
Jones joins from Knocker & Foskett, where he worked for eight years and most recently served as Head of Private Client. He brings experience in estate administration, particularly for high net worth individuals, including matters involving cross-border assets and domicile considerations.
His work also includes agricultural and business estates, and he often acts as an Independent Administrator. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, and The Law Society’s Private Client section.
