I’m a law graduates and I didn’t do CLP as I’m just working as a in house lawyer/ legal executive in Administration of Estates department. Am I eligible to start a will writing company.

Almost anyone can start a Will Writing company (providing you are eligible as a Director).
No formal qualifications are required but it would be very difficult to set out without an industry recognised qualification. There are a number of organisations offering training but The Society of Will Writers who I work for are the largest self-regulatory body of our type and would be happy to help you on your journey to running your own Will Writing business.
