The group later heard from guest speaker, Stephanie Kerr – Partner at Irwin Mitchell about ‘When Beneficiaries Can’t Agree’. Steph discussed a recent case where the three parties could not agree on the rightful ownership of items within an estate and the lengths they went to resolve the dispute. The presentation was eye-opening and started a fantastic debate on Court Ordered Mediation.
