Will Writing Regulator — The Society of Will Writers — have lowered the prices of the one day courses that they offer through their training arm, The College of Will Writing. Having run residential courses now for a year from their dedicated training facility they have taken the decision to reduce the rates. The price of the one day courses have been lowered to only £98.50. This is the price they were when the college began teaching 20 years ago. The decision was made by Society Director-General Brian McMillan in line with his promises to the Legal Service Board (LSB) and to the Legal Ombudsman (LeO) in order to promote education and to ensure that members of the SWW are fully educated.
The College of Will Writing — The training arm for the Society of Will Writers has been offering courses for almost as long as the Society has been a regulator. A year ago the decision was made to offer courses of a residential nature from the SWW head office in Lincoln. Doing so has proved incredibly popular. The aim however is to continue to educate professionals in our field and the reduction in pricing is likely to see an increased number of delegates looking to educate themselves.
