Meet Martin Holdsworth
Martin owns and runs IDR Law – the only law firm in the UK that specialises solely in Inheritance Dispute Resolution work. He is a committee member of the national ACTAPS organisation, has several awards and over 20 years’ experience in dealing with cases of helping families resolve family disputes following a death.
His team is instructed by law firms, will writers and probate administration companies across the country. Martin’s team look for pragmatic and proactive routes to settlements and are big fans of mediation rather than trial.
Martin also owns and runs IDR Law Technologies – a company set up to produce a number of tech based solutions for the probate market – they are all aimed at reducing the number of claims affecting families and will writers alike with an emphasis on non-lawyer/low cost solutions that work.
