First of all, tell us who you are and what you do
The Law Superstore is the UK’s first legal comparison website matching legal professionals with the clients who need them. We provide firms with pre-qualified leads in Conveyancing, Wills & Probate, Family Law, Disputes, Commercial Property and many more.
How have the demands and preferences of consumers within the wills and probate sector changed over the last 12 months?
The pandemic made video calling much more normal, which has increased accessibility for a lot of clients who can’t meet face to face, or don’t have local firms on their high street to pop in and talk. However, we have seen a shift back from video/conference calls to more in person contact between consumers and firms – people are looking for that personal touch.
How do you see these demands and preferences evolving over the coming years?
In the wake of the pandemic, we expect to see a younger demographic looking at wills and succession planning as people have inevitably become more cautious regarding their health and wellbeing.
Aside from helping consumers find firms, how do you see your service benefiting law firms moving forwards?
We offer a cost-effective way to generate new business nationally or locally, without the immense marketing and SEO fees. We offer a brilliant way of “testing the waters” of new services or locations without huge upfront costs. Our goal is to help law firms be found, and to help them grow.
What made you support Young Practitioner of the Year, and what is your message to its entrants?
We have been supporting these awards since the beginning and feel they are a great way to recognise and support the amazing firms and people who work in this industry. Young Practitioner of the Year is about the future of the industry, and we wish all of the entrants the best of luck.
What have been The Law Superstore’s biggest achievements this year?
We’re really proud of how we’ve continued to grow our panel of law firms this year. Working with more top quality legal firms allows us to provide a great consumer experience, reach more of the UK and support even more firms in their growth.
Can you share an exciting piece of news or company update with us?
We have recently opened our panel to members of The Society of Will Writers. As a leading body in the industry, we’re really pleased to welcome their members and help them grow their business
What would The Law Superstore like to be known for the most?
We want to be known for helping both local and national solicitors grow their online their revenues. We want to harness the power of online marketing for our firms, saving them time and money. And we want to connect customers with a high quality legal panel we’re truly proud to work with.
