- First of all, tell us who you are and what you do?

Whether commercial or individual, we put our clients at the heart of our business with every member of our legal and administrative team focused on the customer experience.
- From the perspective of a top-60 law firm, how has the wills and probate sector – and the service you provide- evolved over the last 12 months?
By delivering a bespoke, tailored and quality service for clients it allows us to widely acknowledge smarter ways of delivering our services and this could be by providing these services remotely.
By delivering our services in ways in which the client wishes to receive them. Our clients expect these services to be available remotely and at a time that suits them.
- In that period, what challenges have you faced?
One of the biggest challenges that we have had to face is driving change. Both internally and externally whilst maintaining the highest level of service.
- To help address these challenges, have you utilised any new innovative products or services from within the sector?
Yes, we are making a greater use of the data that we have across Taylor Rose MW, this helps us to identify and minimise fraud and risk for our clients. By using technology and smarter ways of working through the building of intelligent work to build workflow and process it assists us to build in well placed and informed services to the client journey and experience.
- How do you see the sector developing over the rest of 2022 and beyond?
There are much greater demands on fraud and risk for clients, particularly where there is a greater use of technology. The sector demands to see improved understanding by providers inline with solutions to protect clients.
- What made you support “best use of technology”, and what is the message to your entrants?
We are supporting the “best use of technology” as technology fits in with our philosophy of providing “smart modern law”. By providing smart modern law, not only do we put our clients at the forefront of everything we do but we make sure that their solicitors and them have access to the best technology, for instance the client portal which allows clients to see updates of their cases at any time of the day.

- What have been Taylor Rose MW’s biggest achievements this year?
Taylor Rose MW has had a successful year with awards wining the Award for Business Development at the Lexis Nexis Legal Awards. Also, being shortlisted for Client Care, Business Grow that the Access Legal Modern Awards and Law Firm of the Year at The Lawyer Awards.
One of our other biggest achievements is the expansion of the expansion of our Taylor Rose team with over 287 recruits (Jan-August) and the opening of two new offices.
- What would Taylor Rose MW like to be known for the most?
Being a smart, modern and capable law firm that challenges larger firms and established practices through innovation and entrepreneurship. Nothing stands still, not only do we want to be the best, but we want to continue to drive up standards.
