A new probate administration platform has launched with the aim of bridging “the long-standing divide between estate planning and probate” by providing a technology link between administration platforms.
Developed in collaboration with WillWriterPro and MyDigiSafe, Probate-Toolkit combines estate planning data capture, secure digital storage, and guided probate workflow management into a single connected system. Its founder Dan Golding explained the solution is designed to tackle the “parallel” operation of estate planning and estate administration.
“Probate often begins with fragmented information, requiring executors and practitioners to reconstruct financial and asset data from multiple sources,” he said. “A process that is time-consuming, complex, and prone to error. Probate-Toolkit addresses this challenge by ensuring that structured estate data captured at the planning stage is ready to support the administration process when needed.”
The platform builds on MyDigiSafe’s secure digital vault, which allows clients to store financial, legal, and personal data in a structured format during their lifetime. An integration with WillWriterPro transfers this information into clients’ secure accounts. The result is reduced duplication, improved data accuracy and greater accessibility to information, said Golding.
“By connecting estate planning, secure data storage, and probate administration, Probate-Toolkit reduces inefficiencies, minimises errors, and supports compliance with professional standards. The integrated approach benefits both DIY executors seeking guidance and professionals managing complex estates.”
The development has drawn on the experiences of probate professionals whose input “shaped step-by-step guidance, pre-populated workflows, and oversight tools, ensuring the platform reflects real-world probate practices and regulatory requirements.”
The newly launched Probate-Toolkit is a consumer-focused platform designed to guide lay executors and administrators through the probate process. ProbateToolkitPro is a professional-grade solution for probate specialists, estate administration firms, and legal practitioners,

Not to overlook that the platform, not only supports both the DIY segment of the market and the professional regulated practitioner market independently, it will also support the hybrid marketplace where the unregulated practitioner can provide services to bridge the demand and needs for the DIY’er requiring Regulated services.
