The new chair for the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (ALL) has been appointed after Michael Culver stepped down in June after six years in the role.
Jade Gani has been confirmed as the new of chair of the organisation which serves private clients professionals. Gani is founder and CEO of Circe Law and has been a member of ALL for five years. She specialises in complex wills and succession planning, family estate planning, inheritance tax, trusts, probate, powers of attorney, and Court of Protection applications; winning recognition through the British Wills and Probate Awards and the Modern Law Private Client Awards in recent years for her technical expertise and client-first approach
Indeed, her relationship with the ALL began when she was shortlisted for the Young Practitioner of the Year award at the British Wills and Probate Awards, which she went on to win. She subsequently became a member, then a Regional Director in 2021, and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2023.
