The Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) and Institute of Scottish Professional Willwriters (ISPW) have taken pride in the unrivalled knowledge, understanding and skill within the Wills and Probate sector.
It is therefore fantastic that many of our dedicated members have been recognised for the incredible work they have completed throughout the past year.
This most prestigious event in the Wills and Probate calendar has found the firms and individuals that have most successfully represented their clients and moved the industry forward.
In total, five of our firms have been nominated for the British Wills and Probate Awards that will take place on Thursday, 18th October.
Beneficial Trust & Will Company Ltd have been nominated for both National Will Writing Firm of the Year and the regional award for Midlands, North and Wales where they will tussle with Heritage Will Writers for the regional title. These nominations highlight the all-round excellence within the practice of Wills, probate and estate administration.
Portcullis Legals Ltd will also represent IPW for the southern region title of Willwriter of the year.
It is also refreshing to see that IPW’s own Lauren West of The Planning Crowd has been nominated for Young Practitioner of the Year. The IPW and ISPW welcomes new members and values the interesting interpretations and approaches that the younger generation offer the Wills and probate sector.
Technology is changing the shape of Wills and probate and we are delighted that two of our firms have been nominated for Innovation of the Year; highlighting the ability of our members to provide products, using technology, that significantly improve the customer experience.
