Five-star ratings for Tower Street Finance

Tower Street Finance has received a five-star Defaqto rating for two of its consumer-facing products.

Inheritance Advance and IHT Loan have been given the rating in the short-term probate loan category.

Defaqto is an independent financial information business which helps consumers make better informed decisions. Three in four people are aware of Defaqto and the same number use their ratings when they are making choices about financial products.

The five-star rating will ensure Tower Street Finance continues to be the market leader in helping its customers and partners solve inheritance problems.

While Defaqto ratings are based purely on the product, Trustpilot focuses mainly on service, and Tower Street Finance also has a five-star Trustpilot rating from customers and partners.

Here are just two recent reviews received:

“When our colleagues mention the products to customers, the first reaction is often surprise that products such as these exist. But once they are explained, there is also an element of relief, and they often wonder why it has taken someone so long to come up with the idea!” (Simon Hancox, Kings Court Trust)

“I just wish I could give more stars! The team have changed my life. I was starting my own business and the team worked tirelessly to help me and get the advance pushed through. I cannot thank them enough.” (Nicola)

Tower Street Finance’s Richard Dearden, head of marketing, said:

“We are really proud to have such great endorsements for our products and services. It is testament to our team who always back up our promises in terms of great customer service, a quick turnaround and flexibility in our product offerings, so that we can give our partners and customers exactly what they need to suit their individual circumstances.”
