A Lincolnshire law firm, W&P Legal, has formed a partnership with local Estate Agents, The Sharman Quinney Group, part of The Connells Group, t’o ensure home owners are keeping their Wills up to date to avoid disputes which could arise in their future’, they say.
W&P Legal, founded in 2005 as Will & Probate Services by Nick Ash TEP, say they have helped over 24,000 clients with their legal documents and estate administration and has a ‘strong presence in their local community’.
The partnership with The Sharman Quinney Group began in February 2024 which the firm says has so far benefitted many new homeowners, ‘who otherwise wouldn’t have prioritised making or updating their Will without the advice given by W&P Legal’.
W&P Legal has said: “Depending on how you own a property with someone else affects how it will be passed on in your death, so it’s vital to ensure your Will reflects your current circumstances in order for it to meet your wishes. It is recommended you check your Will every five years to make sure it’s up to date.”
The Sharman Quinney Group was established in1989 by Mike Sharman and Steve Quinney, originally setting up a branch in Peterborough. Now, The Sharman Quinney Group operates out of 22 branches and five brands across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Rutland, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire covering sales, lettings, mortgages and conveyancing.
The new partnership is growing from strength to strength and on 6th June, Nick and Mike were interviewed on PCR FM.
Discussing the new partnership with W&P Legal, Mike said: “We are thrilled to be partnering with W&P Legal as The Sharman Quinney Group’s new Will provider. This collaboration ensures our clients receive the highest standard of legal expertise and care in planning their estates.”
