Expansion of Contentious Wills law firm

A firm’s recent expansion will enable them to focus on a greater number of cases and improve efficiency for clients.

Focussing on complex issues such as future planning, finances, and relationship breakdown, Jone’s Myers highlight the vitality of receiving the right representation where stressful matters are concerned.

Aiming to provide a committed and understanding approach, the firm’s high level of service relies on the amount of time they dedicate to each individual case – an aspect they believe will be enhanced by the opening of their new Harrogate office.

Currently based in Essex and Leeds, the professional team have experience totalling 250 years, including a Deputy District judge and an in-house barrister.

The approach of the Jones Myers is largely holistic, utilising the skills of financial advisers and life coaches in addition to suitably trained lawyers. Specialist support is provided to those going through the grieving process, with a step-by-step approach to the necessary plans which follow.

Reaching the best outcome for each client is the priority for the firm, providing them with the appropriate guidance and advice, as well as flexibility in the options they provide. Whilst they will support out of court options where appropriate, the firm will also navigate clients through the litigation process should this be the necessary approach for their case.
