Exclusive: Innovators join forces to leverage technology in estate planning

Two of estate planning’s best known personalities have joined forces in a move they hope will ‘redefine the landscape’ of estate planning and asset protection. 

Strategic Asset Protection, launched by Mike Hiner, has appointed Jonathan Maskew as a Director, bringing their combined decades of experience across legal innovation, technology and estate planning together.

Hiner is an active voice on social media through his “@theassetprotectionguy” videos and output and provides estate planning advice to his 121,000 TikTok followers through informational videos.

Maskew is well known across the legal services sector during a career which has taken him from barristers chambers, to national law firms including Simpson Millar and Taylor Rose, accountancy, and most recently Director of Partnerships at CTT Group. His appointment has been described as a ‘significant milestone in Strategic Asset Protection’s growth journey’, bringing his extensive strategic insight and relationship-building expertise to the role.
