Estatesearch Named Business Growth Winner at The Modern Law Awards 2024 Highly Commended for Further Awards

Legal technology company Estatesearch has been named Business Growth Winner at the Private Client Modern Law Awards 2024.  The announcement was made at a special awards ceremony held at the Rum Warehouse in Liverpool yesterday.  Estatesearch was also highly commended for Supporting the Industry.

On the same evening, at a separate event held for the Central South Business Awards in Southampton, the Estatesearch team were also given a highly commended award for their excellence in customer service.

Ben Furlong, Managing Director, Estatesearch commented: “We are committed to developing pioneering technology-led solutions to enhance probate, estate administration, and private client services.  This is a sensitive area and much of our work is about helping protect vulnerable individuals. In the past 12 months we have grown our client base by 70% to over 2,000 professional firms operating across wills, probate, estate administration, and estate planning.  From an initially modest product portfolio, Estatesearch now offers a full range of services, with new products launched over the past year with applications in new practice areas in estate planning and family law.

“Our once humble team of 3 now includes 46 magnificent members of staff to ensure we continue to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We believe this growth demonstrates that we have listened to our clients, understood their challenges and deliver valuable services, backed by excellent customer service.   We are honoured to be recognized with these awards as they represent the commitment and hard work of all of our team here at Estatesearch.”

“The legal service sector plays a vital role in supporting the bereaved through a complex, emotional process, at a time when they are most vulnerable. Increasingly, our digital society is creating new challenges for legal professionals, exacerbated by shifting consumer expectations brought about by technology.   We are committed to continue to help transform this traditionally paper-based industry, by delivering enhanced operational efficiencies, improved risk mitigation and access to value-added services. In just six years, we’ve already gained a strong reputation for excellence, becoming the go-to partner for thousands of practitioners and we now look forward to expanding our reach further to support more law firms and their clients for many years to come.”

Earlier this year, Estatesearch was also named as the Best Legal Industry Service Provider and the Best Technology and Innovation Provider at the Probate Industry Awards.
