County Wills and Brook Worthy Law confirm transfer of business

Patrick Mousley and Ian Douglas are pleased to confirm the transfer of business from County Wills and Probate (CWP) and its associated brands to Brook Worthy Law (BWL).

Having spent 25 years building up the business, Ian has chosen to retire, with the recent agreement with BWL facilitating this.

Commenting on the decision, Ian Douglas highlighted the hardworking ethic shared by both businesses, enabling the transfer to be smooth.

“BWL share the same principles as CWP of putting the client and their family at the centre of all they do.   Providing a first class and simple service, at fair prices was key to this decision.  We have worked hard as a family business to focus on delivering excellent customer service, primarily on a face-to-face basis, so this coming together is a perfect fit”.

Patrick Mousley added: “We are committed to maintaining and building the brands Ian has developed over the years and can do this by utilising our network of consultants throughout England and Wales.  We look forward to being able to continue working with the team, who will also provide added value to our existing and expanding services. The client and their family come first in all our core values and whilst it might be considered ‘old fashioned’, we still believe face to face meetings are the best way to deliver our services”.
