“Concierge” service launched by Property Solutions Group
A property “concierge” service designed for high net worth individuals and property is set to be launched by specialist property services company Property Solutions Group.
Southey & Co will provide a “bespoke service for Private Client lawyers across London and the South East.” The firm is RICS regulated providing red book, HMRC compliant valuations as well multiple channels to sell property, either on the open market or off market where a discreet sale is required.
The “property concierge service” will work with law firms to “remove the headaches that can come from dealing with property” and provide a single point of contact for issues like insurance, maintenance and maximising the sale value of chattels.
Michael Edwards, Group Managing Director explains:
“When dealing with property there are often ‘bumps in the road’ that distract lawyers from fee earning time, whether this be maintenance issues, dealing with valuations or making sure that appropriate insurance is in place for clients assets.”
“We offer solutions to any property related matter, one call or email to our team and it’s off the lawyers desk and onto ours. The lawyer will have a single point of contact and be provided with regular updates throughout.”
“Crucially the service is backed up with a fully documented audit trail for all instructions, ensuring transparency and compliance at all stages.”
Barry Mattock, Group Chief Executive Officer adds:
“Our team has over 100 years combined experience dealing with property matters and we specialise in working with law firms, which means we understand their requirements. We offer a turnkey solution, a single business dealing with every aspect of property management and sales. All our valuations are HMRC compliant and in accordance with The Inheritance Tax Act 1984, as a regulated business ourselves our law firm clients can rest assured that they are in safe hands.”
Property Solutions Group, formerly Executor Solutions, has worked with law firms across England and Wales since 2015.
