Emma will cover an assessment and investigation into the unclaimed asset minefield in the UK and focuses on:

Nerys will explore the new reporting requirements under the 5th Money Laundering Directive that has now come into force, requiring the majority of UK resident trusts to be registered by the trustees on the HMRC Trust Registration Service before 1 September 2022 and will share practical tips as to how best to navigate the new requirements.
