Certainty and NAFD partnership set to continue

Will registry site, Certainty have announced the extension of their agreement with the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) for a further 5 years.

This partnership is expected to further prosper and will continue to provide many welcome benefits to both customers and law professionals.

With a database of nearly 5 million wills and 600 law firms, this system is the exclusive and nationally recognised will register of the UK. Certainty is also endorsed by The Law Society, making it the trusted method of registering and searching for wills.

Family members of the deceased are able to easily combine finding the will of their loved one, with putting into action any funeral wishes.

Solicitors have subsequently seen an increase in probate service uptake, after having registered their client’s wills with Certainty. The system also allows consumers to search for solicitors to help with will writing, and assist with any probate matters.

The Certainty Will Search is simple to use. When a funeral is in the process of being organised, searchers can seek both the will of their family member and discuss matters with the law firm who holds the information. Solicitors can also be sought to aid with probate after the funeral has taken place.

The partnership with the NAFD has developed into a renowned scheme and has led to the Certainty Will Search to becoming an integral part within the education and training of Funeral Directors.
