Catch Up With The Small Firms ‘Probate Provider Of The Year’

Congratulations to Purely Probate for winning ‘Probate Provider of the Year – small firms’ category at the second prestigious British Wills and Probate Awards on 17th October 2019 at the esteemed Belfry Resort and Hotel.

With the increased number of submissions in categories for the awards this year, the judging panel were spoilt for choice as they fervently went through the entries to find three outstanding finalists, namely Haywards Solicitors, APS Legal & Associates and of course Purely Probate. Eventually, the judges’ decision was final, and Purely Probate was crowned as cream of the crop in this category.

The judges commented on the winner saying:

“This an excellent submission and the ethos of this firm ensures that the client is at the heart of everything they do. They also use technological innovation to improve services and reduce costs.”

Congratulations on winning ‘Probate Provider of the Year – small firms’ category award, tell us about your team and the services you provide.

Thank you, we are over the moon to have won the award! Purely Probate is made up of a close team of Solicitors, Lawyers and Legal Assistants who work together to provide the best service we possibly can for our clients. We only deal with private client work so everyone of our team is completely focused on this area of law.

How has your firm developed and progressed within the last 12 months?

We have been fortunate to grow year on year and the last 12 months has been no exception. We have always received much of our business from personal and professional referrals and we have embraced this by continuing to promote ourselves within the local area and beyond. We have also increased our efforts to reach international clients who are based overseas and need help dealing with assets a loved one has left in England and Wales. This is really an area which continues to grow for us.

What new systems and processes have you implemented which operates in the best interests of clients and the profession itself?

We have always embraced new technology and appreciate the benefits that new systems can bring for both our internal operations and to improve our client’s experience with us. The key has always been to introduce software with the client at the forefront of our minds. Being able to provide different service options and different delivery methods, as well as offering traditional face to face contact, has been a real positive for us.

Why is the British Wills and Probate Awards event, which recognises excellence and highlights achievement in the industry, so important to you?

Purely Probate is a firm specialising in Wills and Probate services, so it has been fantastic to be part of an event which celebrates the achievements and services of firms working in this area of the law. For all our efforts to have been recognised at this level and for Purely Probate to be chosen as the winners in our category really is the icing on the cake!
