First of all, tell us who you are and what you do?
Ampla Finance is a specialist lender with products designed to support consumers through some of life’s significant events.
Our probate or Executor loan helps Executors of inherited estates to pay HMRC inheritance tax and other estate liabilities. We can also help finance the refurbishment or repair of a property prior to sale.
Where individuals seek to access their inheritance early, we can lend money before Probate is even granted.
What made you support the Private Client Team of the Year Boutique category and what is your message to the shortlisted firms?
We are proud to be sponsoring the Boutique Private Client Team of the Year award because we believe it is important to recognise the excellent work these firms do with Wills and Probate clients.
We are not a boutique, but we are a very specialist lender, and we appreciate the need for a higher level of personal service, especially when dealing with complex or sensitive matters.
There are some excellent entrants in the category this year, and we wish them all the best of luck and look forward to awarding the winner on the night.
What kind of support or resources does your company offer to assist law firms/advisors in navigating complex legal challenges or cases?
We find ways to help law firms unlock the value of their client’s estate whilst waiting for the grant of probate. Whether that be by way of helping Executors to pay IHT or other estate liabilities, or by helping beneficiaries to access some of their inheritance early. All of which help the law firm to support their clients through what is often a significant life event.
