Business and charity – Will they, or won’t they?

The British Liver Trust are calling for all solicitors and will writers to become a part of their latest will campaign.

Does there need to be a stronger link between will writing and charities, or charitable giving in general? Should clients be encouraged to leave a lasting legacy for society, or should their families and friends remain the only beneficiaries?
