Documents of any type can now be uploaded, stored and shared with clients. A simple drag & drop enables consultants and advisors to upload and store documents in the client’s file. Individual documents can then be securely shared with the client to read.
What if the consultant needs a signature from the client to say that they have read and agreed with the document? Terms of Business letters are a great example. Alpha Legal now has e-signatures built in to allow the consultant to “Share & Sign” direct to the client.
