The Alpha Legal team at Start Software have published their first major update and all Alpha Legal subscribers now have access to the new features.
Building on the success of the ID, bank account details and COVID questionnaire forms in the first release, the new update brings two new features which have been requested by the first Alpha Legal users.
Documents of any type can now be uploaded, stored and shared with clients. A simple drag & drop enables consultants and advisors to upload and store documents in the client’s file. Individual documents can then be securely shared with the client to read.
What if the consultant needs a signature from the client to say that they have read and agreed with the document? Terms of Business letters are a great example. Alpha Legal now has e-signatures built in to allow the consultant to “Share & Sign” direct to the client.
