100% of IPW users would recommend services: IPW members receive flawless customer satisfaction rating

A recent customer satisfaction survey, of over 600 IPW customers, has revealed that users of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) are overwhelmingly satisfied with the services they receive.

89% of people surveyed deemed IPW members and the service they provide as ‘excellent,’ with 11% claiming members are ‘very good’ at what they do. Reassuringly, 100% of people surveyed would recommend IPW members and the services they provide in the future.

Statistics like this embed consumer confidence and can be the difference in influencing a customer to use your business’ goods and services.

 According to Search Engine Land research: “85% of consumers said they read up to 10 reviews before feeling they can trust a business.” A survey from Dimensional Research further highlights: “90% of respondents who recalled reading online reviews claimed that positive online reviews influenced buying decisions.” Social proofing by using testimonial comments and statistics are therefore imperative in finding new business and customers.

Imagine the last time you looked for a restaurant you needed for an important family occasion. Excitedly, you perused the website, devouring the decadent menu and luxurious images. Just before booking, you glance at the comments and find a contrasting nightmare of under-cooked food and terrible service. Almost immediately, the persuasive allure the restaurant created is destroyed by consumer comments. In our ‘TripAdvisor’ based society, where the consumer voice is louder than ever, it is important to ensure they are:

1)      Talking about your company;

2)      Making the type of comments that can lead to significantly improved levels of business for your company.

 This idea is increasingly poignant when, according to BrightLocal findings: “88% of people trust online reviews written by other consumers as much as they trust recommendations from personal contacts.”

If you want to ensure that your company receives exemplary social proof in the form of testimonials, then joining the IPW, with a stratospheric 90% approval rating of ‘excellent,’ would be a prudent decision.
