Xperate becomes Exizent Preferred Customer Integration Partner

Exizent, the technology firm transforming the bereavement process by connecting the data, services, and networks of people involved, have today announced Xperate, the leading legal services software development and integration specialist, as their Preferred Customer Integration Partner.

The partnership will see Xperate lead customer integration projects throughout the UK where legal firms wish to use Exizent’s modern, cloud-based probate platform alongside other, typically long established, legal software tools – including all leading UK practice management systems. These projects may be very small and highly repeatable, or larger – perhaps where a firm has made substantial investment in tailoring existing practice management systems.

Aleks Tomczyk, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Exizent said:

“We are delighted to be announcing this partnership. Xperate have wide-ranging experience with many of the market leading UK legal practice management systems such as P4W, ALB, SOS, DPS, Linetime and Mattersphere. They will take the lead integrating our platform with traditional practice and case management systems using our API and with direct access to our technical team in support.

Most of our current customers use our platform stand-alone as they get more than enough value from doing so this way. This partnership is primarily about delivering additional value to firms where they want to integrate with systems they already have. As a result, any firm will be able to use their existing system integrated with Exizent.”

Simon Hill, Chief Executive Officer at Xperate added:

“We’re also delighted to become an Exizent Preferred Customer Integration Partner.

We have been really impressed by what Exizent’s probate platform can do and also the speed at which they are moving. Our team has extensive knowledge around most of the major practice management software tools in use in UK law firms and we have been working with Exizent for some time, as an outsource development partner, so this is a natural extension of our relationship.

Using our team’s knowledge of existing systems will allow law firms to get integrations with Exizent’s platform implemented quickly and efficiently by us, whilst freeing up the Exizent team to continue to focus on further extending the functionality of their application. It is a great fit for everyone using Exizent’s platform.”

Alan Cooper, Existent’s Head of Technology also

“This partnership makes good technical and practical sense as it makes use of Xperate’s expert knowledge of many legal practice management systems and the knowledge they have developed as our software development outsource partner.

Experience tells me that this will be good for our mutual customers as integrations with pre-installed systems will be quicker, easier and relatively cheaper for legal firms.”
