WillSuite users have come to expect new and exciting system enhancements and the TWO new features launched this week will not disappoint.
Our team of developers have been busy building some cool new features which have made our CRM system even more attractive to users looking to expand their business.
Users are already used to customisable pipelines for each product/service within the system but now users can create additional custom pipelines specific to their sales and business processes.

All pipeline steps are customisable. Start from scratch and make them specific to your processes. If you’re SRA regulated, add a compliance pipeline. If your sales process is managed by multiple people, add tasks for specific people. You may even wish to add notifications in the event that a case hasn’t progressed in a fixed period of time, it automatically sends and email or SMS to either you, your adviser or your client. Et Voila – fully customisable pipelines.

The second development is that users of the system are now able to upload word documents in the system for additional customisation. Terms and Conditions, Custom Client Letters, Even a Will template… No problem. Just add the fields you would like in from the CRM system and let the system do the rest.
