Widow of playboy founder was not included in will

The wife of the recently deceased Hugh Hefner will not inherit any of his $43 million fortune.

This is according to reports that Crystal Harris signed a prenuptial agreement in 2012, prior to marrying the Playboy founder.

Although prenuptial agreements will be taken into account when a case is being reviewed, they are not currently legally binding in England.

In America, however, most courts take the position that they are enforceable if certain requirements are adhered to.

Whilst reports state that Harris did not receive a mention in his will, they also state that she will be financially looked after.

Most of his estate will go to his four children as well as various different charities.
