Tie up offers executors fully-funded part-exchange and instant chain repair

A tie up between an asset management service for executors and a national home buying service will offer executors and beneficiaries the opportunity to agree an immediate purchase offer for probate property.

The Property Ladder Group have announced a tie up with Spring in cases where a property risks delaying probate, offering fully-funded part-exchange and instant chain repair. The service offers executors and their beneficiaries a way to move forwards quickly with their property sale, with an immediate purchase offer that can release inheritance.

Spring boast an annual home buying capacity of £300m, typically offering 90% of the properties’ value. The services offered jointly with The Property Ladder Group is available nationwide to all types of purchaser and vendor, whether upsizing or downsizing, on both freehold and leasehold properties, in any condition, in any location.
