The Institute of Paralegals launches diversity and inclusion survey

The Diversity and Inclusion Panel has launched a survey on behalf of the Institute of Paralegals to inform research and enable a greater understanding of the make-up of non-regulated legal service providers in the UK.

The Institute of Paralegals has stated that results will only be reported on at an aggregate level, and that individual responses will not be reported or published.

The panel will review the results and publish the aggregate findings. The results of this research is expected to inform the Institute of Paralegals how resources can be better utilised to improve diversity and inclusion amongst the sector.

The deadline for responding to the survey is 31st March.
