The Gazette is preparing to launch an updated mobile responsive website and is looking for wills and probate professionals to join a brand-new Research Group and help test it.
Group members who help with the user experience (UX) testing will receive a gift card reward or charitable donation for their time. The Gazette plays an important part in the estate administration process, allowing the placement of deceased estates notices.
These notices advertise for any unknown creditors and beneficiaries to come forward to make a claim against an estate prior to its distribution, providing protection to the executor from being personally responsible for money owed to any unidentified creditors.
Feedback on the look, feel and functionality of the website is important to ensure it meets the needs of customers – including deceased estates notice placers. To take part, Today’s Wills and Probate readers can sign up to The Gazette’s Research Group, where participants will be selected and invited to other research projects in the future too.
UX testing sessions are expected to last between 30-60 minutes, but other research projects may consist of quick surveys – you can choose which ones you’d like to take part in and can leave the group at any time.
