Behind the growth sits David McMaster, who has led the firm from humble beginnings into the national powerhouse that it is today.
Now, after over 20 years in the industry, David has decided it is time to step down and, following a successful takeover bid from business partner Philip Haynes, has installed William Eccleston at the helm to add new energy, drive and to oversee significant growth plans.
David speaks fondly of his time at JWALS which was born in 2014 out of the old Just Wills which had been bought by Connells estate agents after he had grown it since 2002. He commented:
“Over the years many things have changed in the industry. Companies and people have risen and disappeared – or we may have even acquired them to allow the shareholders an exit! It’s been great to see people who have been a part of Just Wills (in whichever format) go on and form their own successful companies. It has been even more exciting to see those who have been with us for over 10 years become some of the industry’s highest achievers.
