In light of the recent news that Funeral Planning and Pre-paid funeral plans are to undergo scrutiny, evaluation and possible reform through regulation, the SWW has decided to undertake some research to better understand the market.
In January the SWW launched a white labelled funeral plan called the ‘SWW Trusted Funeral Plan’. Historically the SWW had another plan which was white labelled but with membership at the size it is and with a brand as strong as it is after 24 years we took the decision to launch a new product.
We would invite everyone to take this survey to help us understand the motivation behind selling plans. The quiz should take no more than 5 minutes.
